I'm moving on

{Dear 7th Grade}

you have literally kicked my butt this year

I've discovered the real world and the many social types

my teachers showered me in homework

I've discovered what it's like to be on a team, 4 in particular

I've met people that have changed me and people who led me to being thankful for who I am

You're full of people who cuss and dress like they're from gangster town, but I can handle it

I've made more friends in 8th grade than I did in my own

I've become closer to people I've always wanted to meet

I've tried new things

I've aced tests

I've worked super hard

I still hate projects and always will

I actually studied for several tests

I never got pride

I was involved in drama and quickly learned how much i HATE it

I found that i'm friends with more guys than I am girls

I've laughed everyday at school

People still mistake me for a high schooler

I've had terrible coaches

People told me they look up to me

I've smiled at new people

Mr.Olson will always be my favorite teacher...

But there's one thing I've really learned this year:

I can do hard things
