What time do you start your day?
This morning has been fan-freaking-tastic, all thanks to my awesome sister, Savannah.
I've mentioned in numerous posts about my 1/2 marathon that I'm running in November and we finally kicked off our training this week. whoop whoop! I ran a total of 14 miles this week and let me tell you, it feels gooooood. We woke up this morning around 5 (to beat the heat of course) and we ended up running a total of 5.11. Not to shabby at all. Came home, did some yoga, ate some healthy/tasty pancakes (pancakes are for champions) and now I'm about to go get some laundry done. Ahhh I'm feeling excited for today!
